The resident edition
If you live in a community MHCP USA manages, you get a resident version of our newsletter. Here's what it is and how to control it.
Why you're getting it
When you sign a lease with a community MHCP USA manages, the email address on your lease is added to the resident list. When your lease ends, you're taken off it. There's no signup form, because it's only for current residents.
What's in it
- Notices and reminders for your community, like office hours, water shutoffs, and trash schedule changes.
- Seasonal home care reminders.
- The same practical guides we publish on this site.
It doesn't replace written notices that your lease or state law requires. Those still come the way your lease says they will.
Unsubscribing
- Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any resident email. That takes you off the resident list.
- If you also signed up for the public newsletter, you'll keep getting that one until you unsubscribe from it too.
- Unsubscribing from email doesn't change your lease or how the office reaches you about your account.
Wrong address, or not a resident?
Email tenanthelp@mhcpusa.com and we'll fix it. To update the email on your lease, contact your community office.
